This program includes both a 4-month in-season training split and a 4-month off-season split, along with 4-week training blocks designed specifically for rotational power, stability, and pitching performance. Athletes also receive arm care, mobility work, and dynamic warm up and recovery plans built to improve shoulder and elbow health while reducing injury risk. The package includes foundational recovery and nutrition tips, plus performance tracking sheets and weekly progress templates to help pitchers monitor every step of their development. Members also gain access to the MPI Locker Room content library for ongoing education and support.
