A Note From The Athlete Who Built This

I TRAINED BLIND FOR YEARS.
I’M NOT LETTING YOU DO THE SAME.

145 lbs as a freshman. Ten varsity letters and a college baseball roster spot by graduation. MPI Baseball Plus is the plan nobody handed me - built from everything I had to learn the hard way.

COLLEGE ATHLETE

Sound Familiar?

YOU’VE WATCHED THE VIDEOS.
YOU’VE DOWNLOADED THE FREE WORKOUTS.

A lifting plan from one influencer. Throwing drills from another. A recovery routine you found on TikTok, and a folder of free PDFs you never finished. None of it was built for your season, your position, or you specifically - and no one is checking whether any of it is actually working.

That’s not a work ethic problem. You’re already putting in the time. It’s a direction problem.

My Story

I DIDN’T NEED MORE WORK.
I NEEDED A BETTER SYSTEM.

This is the actual timeline - not a highlight reel. The version most people don’t post.

Freshman Year
145 LBS. THREE SPORTS. NO REAL PLAN.
I started my baseball journey hitting 76 mph off a tee. I showed up to football, wrestling, and baseball ready to work - but “work” meant whatever workout I’d seen that week. No progression, no direction, no idea what I was actually supposed to be doing.
Anthony pitching youth baseball at age 14, Baldwin Blue Jays
The Frustrating Years
LEARNING EVERYTHING THE HARD WAY
Lifting from one source. Speed work from another. Baseball training somewhere else. Recovery only after I was already beat up. I was willing to put in the time - nobody was making sure the pieces fit together.
Anthony (51) with his high school football team
By Graduation
10 VARSITY LETTERS
3 football, 3 baseball, 4 wrestling. Two-time football captain. Wrestling captain. State wrestling qualifier. All-conference in all three sports. It came from figuring out, slowly and the hard way, how everything needed to connect.
Anthony, senior year, Ellsworth football
The Next Step
COMMITTED TO COLLEGE BASEBALL
I committed to and competed in college baseball at Valley City State University - where the gap between “good in high school” and “good enough here” became obvious fast.
Anthony with his Valley City State University baseball teammates
In College
THE NUMBERS STARTED MOVING
Once training actually connected, the results showed up.

7.28s 6.8

60-Yard Dash - 6.8 Coach-Timed

76 98 mph

Exit Velocity - 98 mph on HitTrax

Results developed over multiple years of training and competition. Individual outcomes vary.

The Breakthrough
I BUILT THE SYSTEM I WISH I HAD
MPI Baseball Plus isn’t theory. It’s the year-round structure I had to build for myself, one mistake at a time - strength, speed, throwing, recovery, and mindset, connected instead of scattered.
Now
HELPING ATHLETES SKIP THE MISTAKES I MADE
You don’t have to spend years guessing. I already did that part.

The MPI Mission

THE BLUEPRINT ATHLETES SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BUILD ALONE.

MPI was created to give athletes one connected plan for training, recovery, performance, and accountability - so every hour of work moves them in the same direction.

The System

EVERY PART OF PERFORMANCE HAS TO CONNECT.

01

PREPARE

  • Warm-ups & mobility
  • Arm care & recovery
  • Readiness & nutrition habits
  • Tissue quality
  • Game preparation

Prepare your body to train, compete, and recover consistently.

02

PERFORM

  • Strength
  • Speed & power
  • Throwing structure
  • Season-specific training
  • Position-player & pitcher tracks

Develop the physical tools that transfer to the field.

03

PROGRESS

  • Weekly check-ins
  • Direct coach access
  • Progress tracking
  • Accountability
  • Long-term development

Know what to do, why you’re doing it, and whether it’s working.

The Baseball Calendar

ONE SYSTEM.
EVERY PHASE OF YOUR SEASON.

A structured plan built around the real baseball calendar - not a generic 12-week workout. Every phase includes a dedicated pitcher track and position-player track.

01

PHASE 1

PRESEASON

Foundation & Assessment

Build baseline capacity, prepare for baseball demands, and establish movement, strength, and arm-care habits.

Enter the season prepared instead of rushing to catch up.

02

PHASE 2

IN-SEASON

Performance & Maintenance

Maintain strength, preserve speed, support arm health, manage fatigue, and stay available all season.

Perform through the season without letting training disappear.

03

PHASE 3

POSTSEASON

Recovery & Arm Care

Deload, restore movement, rebuild tissue tolerance, and recover physically and mentally.

Recover with a plan instead of doing nothing or jumping back in too fast.

04

PHASE 4

OFFSEASON

Speed, Power & Strength

Build strength, develop speed, improve power, increase durability, and address weaknesses.

Use the development window to become a different athlete.

Anthony - Head Coach

Good work pushing through the squat. Let’s back off throwing volume this week and add the elbow mobility circuit before your next bullpen.

2

PLAN

Build a program around your season, not a template.

3

Your coach reviews it and adapts the plan.

6

IMPROVE

See it show up in games, not just workouts.

Then the cycle repeats - every week, all year.

Real Results

BUILT TO PRODUCE MORE THAN A GOOD WORKOUT.

Early athlete results, in their own words.

Before MPI I was just showing up and hoping. Now every week has a purpose - my velocity and my confidence have both gone up since I started.

Chase S.

From an athlete inside MPI

The arm care and recovery work alone changed how my season felt. I made it through the whole year healthy for the first time.

Wyley M.

From an athlete inside MPI

It’s not a random workout plan, it’s an actual system. I know exactly what phase I’m in and why - that structure is what I was missing.
