MPI offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible programs.
1. 30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to the initial purchase price.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically. You may cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
3. Trials
If a program includes a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial expiration to avoid charges.
4. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to:
• Recurring subscription renewals
• Merchandise
• Digital downloads outside of the main programs
• Affiliate purchases
