Welcome to Madsen Performance Institute LLC (“MPI”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all MPI products, programs, websites, and services (“Services”). By purchasing or using any MPI Service, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Educational Use Only

All MPI programs and content are for general educational and informational purposes. MPI does not provide medical advice, injury diagnosis, physical therapy, or rehabilitation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use MPI programs.

3. Payment and Billing

When purchasing a program or subscription, you authorize MPI or its payment processor to charge your payment method. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

4. Free Trials

If an offer includes a 7-day trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Failure to cancel results in automatic billing.

5. License to Use MPI Content

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access MPI programs.
You may not share, distribute, replicate, or resell MPI materials.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Individual results vary. MPI does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

7. Assumption of Risk

Athletic training involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in MPI programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

MPI, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to your use of MPI programs, content, or Services.

9. Account Termination

MPI reserves the right to terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse MPI content.

10. Intellectual Property

MPI content, branding, videos, PDFs, spreadsheets, and materials are owned by MPI. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the MPI Refund Policy and are only available within the stated guarantee period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use MPI Services.
